Our story
Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Belle Tadena
Founder & Instructor
Belle Tadena discovered aerial through her first hammock class with no dance or athletic background—just curiosity and a desire to keep learning. What began as trying something new quickly grew into a lifelong passion for aerial arts and teaching, and continues to shape the way she approaches every class today.
As the founder and instructor of Los Angeles Aerial Arts, Belle teaches hammock, lyra, dance trapeze, rope, silks, aerial fitness, and a variety of specialty apparatuses. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that progress comes through thoughtful instruction, consistent practice, and meeting each student where they are. Whether someone is stepping into their very first class or refining advanced skills, her goal is to help students build confidence, move safely, and develop a sustainable aerial practice.
For more than ten years, Belle served as Studio Manager at Aerial Method, where she helped support the studio's day-to-day operations while teaching students of all experience levels. As Los Angeles Aerial Arts carries forward Aerial Method's legacy, she remains committed to the values that made the studio so meaningful to its community: individualized instruction, a welcoming environment, and a strong commitment to safety.
Over the years, Belle has choreographed numerous live performances, coached award-winning aerial competitors, and prepared students for showcases, competitions, and the stage. As a performer, she earned 3rd Place at the 2019 Aerialympics and 1st Place in the doubles division at the 2019 VIVA Fest alongside Ginger Lowcher.
More than any title or award, Belle hopes students leave class feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and excited to discover what they're capable of next.
Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.
