Your membership and monthly billing cycle begin on the date you attend your first class. Your subsequent charges will occur on the 13th of each following month. This ensures you aren't paying for time before you actually start training.

Yes. We understand life happens. You may freeze your autopay once per calendar year for up to 30 days (for injury, travel, etc.).

Some seasons we train more than others. You have the option to upgrade or downgrade your membership. Just let us know via email at least 10 days before your next renewal date.

No. Access is a privilege subject to instructor approval and a passed safety assessment. Credits included in your membership can only be used once you have been cleared for independent practice.
